Icotherm are pleased to announce that, from January 2022, their roofs are now pre-approved by MFA Building Control Ltd.

MFA have set up a dedicated solid roof section of their approval work, ensuring that they have a clear understanding of the requirements and / or restrictions that come with working on these types of projects”.

Either way it is clear that as single storey extension work increases, and replacement solid roof remain popular, the question of building control certificates will be ever present.
